Asha Bhosle, one of the most versatile and prolific voices in Indian music, has died at the age of 92 on Sunday, April 12.
The veteran singer had been admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on April 11 and was undergoing treatment in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) unit. Dr Pratit Samdani of the hospital had earlier confirmed that she was receiving medical care, CNBC reports.
